Extraordinary Fly Fishing
Fly fishing for large Brown Trout in crystal clear mountain streams is done on a daily basis to a variety of locations. With the expertise of your guide’s knowledge, the aid of Polaroid glasses, and then your presentation of a selected nymph or dry fly, fishing is both exhilarating and testing. The fish average five pounds, but every year double figured fish are caught. RIVERVIEW LODGE boasts some of the largest Browns in New Zealand.
RIVERVIEW LODGE employ 4-5 experienced guides, all of whom have excellent knowledge of the local rivers. Traveling by vehicle, or helicopter, ensures an exciting day in beautiful remote scenery, and every opportunity to outwit the smart New Zealand Brown Trout to be captured on camera.
RIVERVIEW LODGE adheres to the “Catch and Release” principal.
So Many Other Activities to Offer
