RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS/FINAL PAYMENTS: A specific deposit is required for each booking and is different with each destination. Amount of deposit and due date will be specified on your invoice. Generally, deposits are due within 14 days of making your reservation to confirm your space. No price is guaranteed until final payment is received. Balances are due 60 days prior to departure date or as otherwise stated on your individual invoice. For reservations made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due immediately upon receiving invoice.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Payments are refundable less a 20% "Cancellation Fee" of deposit if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received within 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date payments are non-refundable unless canceler provides a replacement. NOTE: Change fees will apply when replacements are provided. All refunds for unused air transportation, at all times are subject to carrier tariff rules. RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT AND/OR FINAL PAYMENT IS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT REGISTRANT HAS READ AND ACCEPTS THE CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSES.
The above fees and policies DO NOT reflect additional cancellation charges that may be levied by individual operators, i.e., lodges, hotels, air tariff regulations, transfer services, etc. In the event of a "NO SHOW" there is NO REFUND. To protect yourself and your investment in the event of an unexpected cancellation due to medical reason or illness, FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc. STRONGLY recommends the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance (premium amount non refundable).
CHANGES: FISHING INTERNATIONAL, Inc. will revise your reservation the first time at no charge. Any additional changes will be assed a $25.00 per person, per change handling fee. If your travel documents have to be reissued due to changes, there will be a $50.00 per person charge or reissue fee assessed. Change fees will be waived if caused by an airline originated scheduled change.
LATE BOOKINGS: FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc. accepts reservations up to 7 days before departure if permitted by the operator and subject to space availability. A $50.00 handling charge will be applied to bookings within 15 days to cover all of the additional cost required to complete the booking.
DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be mailed approximately 30 days prior to departure. Travel documents cannot be released until full payment is received. Documents delayed due to late payment or booking will require client to assume the LATE BOOKING cost for additional expenses.
AIR TRANSPORTATION: All airfare prices are subject to change at anytime and not guaranteed until tickets have been issued. FISHING INTERNATIONAL should be notified of any special requests, such as seat assignments, frequent flyer, senior citizen, child fare, etc. prior to making final reservations. Once tickets have been issued, any revisions to airline arrangements are subject to $50.00 per person revision fee, in addition to any airline service charges. We accept credit cards by phone, however, client is responsible for the airfare in the event of a charge back or problem with the credit card company.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Personal checks, most major credit cards, and cash are accepted for payment of airline reservations. Unless otherwise specified on your invoice, all ground packages other than airline reservations are based on cash or check payment.
RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE: FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, and sub-agents act only as agents for contractors or owners and outfitters, airlines, railroads and shipping companies, in order to provide means of transportation or other services. All tickets, vouchers and contracts issued by hotels, and/or lodges, airlines, railroads, operators, owners, and contractors are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms, and conditions under which such accommodations, means of transportation, or other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of any such ticket, voucher, and/or contract shall be deemed consent to the following condition: a) that neither FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc. or any of its affiliated or associated companies, agents or sub-agents, shall be liable or responsible in any way in connection with such hotels and/or providers of transportation, or other services, for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property howsoever caused or arising: b) air carriers involved are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard its airplane. The passenger contract of tickets in use by the airlines, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airliner, the purchaser of any of these tours, and/or the passenger; c) FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc. reserves the following right: (1) to make alternations in the clients' itineraries as FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc deems necessary or desirable; (2) to refuse to accept or retain as a member of any party any person at any time; and/or (3) to retain services of any IATAN or ARC carrier for use in connection with these tours. All tariffs are subject to change. All prices are subject to change. Tours members are responsible for expenditures occasioned by delays or other circumstances beyond the control of FISHING INTERNATIONAL,Inc.
CALIFORNIA SELLER OF TRAVEL ACT
"REGISTRATION AS A SELLER OF TRAVEL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE APPROVAL BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA." This business is a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC).
You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by a seller of travel who was registered and participating in the TCRC at the time of sale. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000.
A claim must be submitted to the TCRC within six months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. You must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC, if you were located in California at the time of the sale.

All payments for transportation or travel service not provided to the passenger shall be promptly refunded, in accordance with the agreed-to terms and conditions, unless the passenger otherwise instructs the seller of travel in writing.
