The Loreto Summer Fishing Package is timed for the best fishing season in this quaint tropical town on Mexico's Sea of Cortez. The surrounding mountains and islands of Loreto make it a beautiful place to fish. Loreto is famous for its inexpensive yet often phenomenal summer fishing in the peak summer months, June - September. It has become the mecca for a variety of game fish such as Sailfish, Marlin, Dorado, prime Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail, and Roosterfish with Cabrilla, Grouper, Sierra, and Snappers, to name just a few.

Rate Includes:
  • Airport and ground transfers in Loreto,
  • 7 nights air-conditioned lodging at Hotel Oasis
    on the Beach in Loreto.
  • 3 meals per person Daily while at Hotel.
  • 6 Days fishing aboard a 22-ft. covered Panga skiff boat with Captain,
  • Approximately 6-7 hour fishing days, and
  • all taxes (12% hotel tax on prepaid stay, 10% tax on prepaid fishing).

A $300.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm space.
Balance payment due 60 days prior to departure.
Rates do Not Include:
Airfare to Loreto, departure taxes, excess baggage charges if applicable, liqour, fishing license (available in Loreto for about $25.00), fishing equipment, bait, tips, laundry, trip insurance, and items of a personal nature.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be refunded if your spot can be resold or a replacement is furnished. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. All rates are subject to change.
Loreto is roughly between Bahia Concepion and Prt. Escondido, near Isla Coronado. The tranquil setting greets visitors with rich history and culture, unspoiled beaches, the azure Sea of Cortez, world-class fishing, and a new 18-hole golf course. Fishing International has selected prime weeks in late June and July exclusively with the Hotel Oasis and some of the finest fishing captains in Loreto and the most knowledgeable with fly fishing as well as conventional tackle. Dolphinfish (Dorado) (Hawiian-mahimahi): Dorado can grow as large as 6 feet 9 inches and 87 pounds. Its firm white meat makes excellent eating!The sailfish will put on a dazzling acrobatic show, leaping out of the water and dancing on its tail at the surface.
